CorteViva is family-run, located in the small medieval village of Sant’Egidio, a historic stronghold and former outpost of the city of Perugia in the ancient battles against nearby Assis

In the garden, among olive trees and aromatic plants, you will find a free 10 x 5 metre above-ground pool (1.20 m deep), con lettini, ombrelloni e doccia, e una vasca idromassaggio a 4 postiwith sun loungers, parasols and a shower, and a 4-seat hot tub, available on request only at an extra charge. Pool and jacuzzi are open from 30 May to 30 September.

The residence is enclosed by sturdy walls and an eighteenth-century gate. The inner courtyard offers ample, secure free parking.
